Life Languages
FOR INDIVIDUALS
We all want to be seen, heard, and understood at home, work and in life. Because everyone communicates differently, it’s not always easy to fully understand each other. Think of Life Languages as a Universal Translator that can guide you to decipher the needs and communications styles at play so you can be most effective in all your relationships.
There are 3 Individual Profile Level Options and 1 Profile Level with Coaching:
Mini Profile
This free profile shows and describes your primary Life Language.
Personal Profile
​Your Personal Profile will describe how fluently you speak each of the 7 Life Languages, in descending order. This up-to-15-page report contains many valuable insights about your preferred communication styles and keys to successful communication.
With Coaching
Professional Profile
Your Professional Profile will help you better understand yourself and the communication preferences of others at a deeper level. In addition to the information gained in the Personal Profile, you receive even more insights regarding your learning preferences, acceptance levels, energetic intensity, leadership style, susceptibility to stress, internal control levels, and so much more. This profile includes an additional 9-11 pages of insights, helpful tips, and keys to greater communication success.

Your Life Languages Profile is filled with insightful information. By adding Communication Coaching with me, we’ll translate awareness into action for greater communication confidence and ease.
With this package, in addition to your Professional Profile, you receive access to the Foundations of Life Languages group workshop – either in person, live online, or recorded (3 hours), and 3 one-on-one Communication Coaching calls with me to unpack the rich insights within your Professional Profile.

Two Professional Profiles, one for each of you
The Foundations of Life Languages group workshop – in person, live online, or recorded (3 hours)
Three personalized 90-minute coaching calls with Lisa (via Zoom) to collaboratively unpack your profiles.
In these sessions we will gain a clear understanding of the communication styles of each partner and their communication needs from the other. We will become aware of how your innate communication preferences can work at cross-purposes and become distressing to one or both of you. And, we will identify very specific and thoughtful ways in which you can solve these communication hiccups.

A Professional Profile for each participant (Management team, department, full staff, etc.)
A Foundations of Life Languages workshop for participants who have taken the KLLP. (Typically half-day)
Professionally developed and personalized training tools for each individual.
Personalized, one-to-one coaching sessions with each participant to increase their awareness and understanding and to develop actionable ways to integrate the insights into their regular communication and interactions in the organization.
